Regina C. Williams, former principal of Rosaryville Elementary School had a heart for her students, which she would often call her “babies”. She would often go above and beyond her call of duty to make sure her student’s parents were satisfied with their child’s education. Regina would consistently offer support and assistance to the children within her school. The RCWMSF offers elementary and middle school essay contest winners a $100.00 sponsorship to assist with uniform purchases or school supplies.
